Hello!

My name is Tonya Gastineau. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from Gateway College of Evangelism (now Urshan College) and my Master’s degree from Liberty University.

I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages through youth ministry, nannying, substitute teaching, and now counseling. These experiences have shaped my passion for supporting individuals facing challenges like trauma, grief, postpartum depression, and self-esteem issues.

I’m dedicated to building strong, authentic relationships with my clients. I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can share openly, and together, we'll create a plan to achieve your goals. By focusing on your strengths, we’ll work toward personal growth and resilience.

When I’m not counseling, you’ll find me baking, enjoying time with my daughters, singing, reading a good mystery, or walking my two dogs around the neighborhood.
